To share a link to a video or chapter, use the "share" link found just below the video, above the description:

Do not copy and paste the URL from the browser.  In the share window you can link to the entire video using the Record URL, or if you have clicked on a specific segment, you can use the Segment URL:

To create and link to custom segments, you'll need to create an account with Films on Demand.
