Typically, articles arrive in 1-3 business days. Books arrive in 3-7 business days but may take up to 2 weeks.

Most articles are delivered electronically. Books may be delivered by courier from nearby libraries or by mail from libraries around the country. You will receive an email when the item is ready to pick up at the library or at the Anderson Center. The item will be mailed to your home address if you are eligible for mailing services.

If the material is not available through interlibrary loan, you will be notified by email that the request has been canceled.
