Yes, Google Scholar can help you find articles! Here are the instructions for modifying your Google Scholar preferences so that you can use it to search for articles available through Bethel Libraries:

  • Look for the "Scholar Preferences" link on the right side of the search box and click on it *
  • Scroll down to the "Library Links" section of the Preferences page and make sure that Bethel University - Full-Text @ My Library is listed under your links.
  • If Bethel is not listed, search for "Bethel University" in the search box provided.
  • Click the "Save Preferences" button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
* Sometimes Google changes the layout of the page.  If you can't find the Scholar Preferences button from the main search page, look for the gear logo in the top right corner of the window, and you can find Scholar Preferences linked there, too.
